Well known on social media, with around 620 thousand followers, the Father Gabriel Vila Verde did not spare criticism, in his Instagram stories, to the participant of the Big Brother Brasil 26 (BBB 26), Ana Paula Renault. According to the religious man, the sister’s attitudes in the reality show cause “fear” and she appears to be an “evil person”.
“I have never watched a single episode of BBB, but the videos of this woman that appear to me here on Instagram (and I had the displeasure of seeing) scare me,” declared the priest.
Despite stating that he “never watched” the program, the religious man said he found out through posts on social media and confessed to having been scared by the journalist’s behavior inside the house.
“She has all the traits of an EVIL person, capable of anything, and whoever likes people like that, it can’t be a good thing. ‘Ah, Father, but it’s a game’. This only makes the situation worse. God help me from spending one day with someone who behaves like that”, he added.

The priest’s comment didn’t take long to resonate among internet users, especially among Ana Paula Renault’s fans. Many questioned the cleric’s stance in judging someone without following the full context of the reality show.
“The priest, instead of celebrating mass, is going on stories to speak ill of a BBB participant,” criticized one user. “I find it extremely hilarious the way he says he has never seen anything about her or BBB, but says he is self-sufficient to make this type of comment,” countered another user.
