A São Paulo Civil Defense sent two extreme alerts to the Guarujá regionon the coast of São Paulo, due to the risk of landslides this Thursday (5). In addition to the warnings, the emergency siren installed in the Barreira do João Guarda Community was also activated.
The contingency plan has been mobilized and families living there are being advised to leave their homes or being directed to the municipal shelter. They will remain there until the risk of landslides is eliminated.

In total, teams from Seurb (Secretariat of Urban Operations) are mobilized, with prepared machinery, from Sesau (Secretariat of Health), Sedeas (Secretariat of Development and Social Assistance), in addition to agents from Civil Defense and Sedecon (Secretariat of Defense and Social Coexistence).
