Already the first part of the Diabloseries is considered a milestone in the genre. With randomly generated maps and a dopamine rush from “Hack & Slay” gameplay and the constant search for new, better equipment, players were sent into battle against the devil himself. The adventure was embedded in a dark atmosphere and accompanied by – for the time – spectacular cutscenes.
