Brandberg/Landshut – More than a year and a half after a failed Alpine crossing on bicycles by a group of German students, in which they were “stuck” in the snow in Tyrol’s Zillertal and had to be rescued by a helicopter, the criminal proceedings against the group leader have been discontinued with a diversion: the teacher paid a sum of money amounting to 8,500 euros, according to an online report in the Tyrol edition of the “Kronen Zeitung”.
