MOSCOW, Feb 24 (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Moscow’s adversaries probably know how any attack on Russia or Russian forces using a “nuclear element” could end.
Putin was speaking to the FSB security service, the successor agency to the Soviet KGB.
Putin made the comment after Russia’s SVR foreign intelligence service raised concerns about what it said was the possible transfer of elements of nuclear weapons technology to Ukraine.
