Sarajevo – The Bosnian TV and radio station BHRT practically stopped broadcasting programs on Thursday for financial reasons. According to media reports, there should only be news broadcasts during the day, BHRT said. The broadcaster’s financial problems were largely triggered by the decision years ago by Republika Srpska’s public broadcaster RTRS to stop giving 50 percent of the TV fees it collected to BHRT.
