A human remains and a shallow grave were located by the Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM) in a forest near the Billings Dam last Tuesday (24). The agents arrived at Rua Marginal Três, in Jardim Apurá, due to a report of a strong odor, informed the Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP).
O The case was registered as a suspicious death by the 98th Police District, located in Jardim Miriam. The GCM team preserved the site for forensic work and bone removal.
As it was night, the work was resumed on Wednesday (25) by the Fire Department teams. THE victim was not identified. SSP-SP informs that, subsequently, the incident will be forwarded to the State Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP) for appropriate measures.
