PHOTO Tribula in the harsh nature next to a famous beauty, you’ve never seen her like this before: Slovak megastar in the jubilee edition!

Television Markíza will commemorate an important milestone of one of its strongest journalistic brands on Sunday. The column S Tribulo po hořá, which is regularly broadcast as part of the main news program Televízne noviny, will bring its 400th episode. The project, which combines authentic interviews with public figures with the unique atmosphere of the mountain environment, has built a stable viewer base and respect across generations over the years of broadcasting.

One of the most experienced news editors, Ján Tribula, was able to create an original format that goes beyond the boundaries of classic reporting. Interviews take place outside the studio, in motion, in nature – often in situations that require physical and mental endurance from the guests. The mountains have become a natural catalyst for openness, resulting in statements with personal depth and exceptional authenticity.

“Achieving 400 episodes in the news space is the result of systematic work, the trust of viewers and a strong author’s identity. Tribul po hořá is a format that proves that quality, valuable journalism has its place even in mainstream news. I’m glad that we bring content that has an overlap, an emotion and a telling value,” said the director of the Markíza TV Center for News and Journalism, Michal Kratochvíl.

The anniversary 400th episode will offer a meeting with the world-famous model and philanthropist Adriana Sklenaříková, who is one of the most successful Slovak personalities active on the international scene. In an interview with Ján Tribul, viewers can look forward to a reflection on her life journey, professional achievements and personal experiences that shaped her view of the world. The combination of a strong personality and a mountain environment creates a prerequisite for an exceptional television moment.

“When we started years ago, I had no idea that one day we would be talking about four hundred meetings. Every episode is a new story and a new experience for me. Mountains have a special ability to free a person from the deposits of formality. I am grateful to all the guests who accepted the invitation, as well as to the viewers who follow us and give meaning to this format.” said editor Ján Tribula.

An important extension of the brand is also the digital project TN live, within which broadcasts the show From the mountains to the studio with Tribula. It builds on the success of the TV column and brings more interviews, behind-the-scenes views and extended discussions with guests. The format received a significant response in the online space. Behind the four hundred episodes is a lot of kilometers, ascents, preparations and production work. The show gradually brought dozens of prominent personalities from the fields of culture, sports, science and public life.

Viewers will be able to watch the fourth episode of the S Tribulo po hořá column this Sunday in the main evening Televízny noviny on TV Markíza.
