Eisenstadt/Hornstein/Steinbrunn – After bilingual place-name signs in two communities in Burgenland were defaced over the weekend, the Austrian National Minorities Center warned on Monday of a “worrying development” and called for “clear reactions” from politicians. The investigation against the perpetrators has now begun, the police said in response to an APA request.
