Meetings with Central Bank representatives were reported by the founder of Banco Master in messages with his girlfriend; former banker met city hall representatives at least 11 times from April 2024 to August 2025
Messages exchanged between Daniel Vorcaro and his girlfriend, Martha Graeff, show that the founder of Banco Master met with representatives of the Central Bank at least 11 times, from April 16, 2024 to August 14, 2025, both in the management of Campos Neto, appointed by the former president (PL) and during the management of Gabriel Galípolo, appointed by the president (PT).
In conversations obtained by Poder360the owner of Master reports details of the bank’s sale procedure to BRB (Banco de Brasília).
In a dialogue on March 30, Vorcaro said he was being harmed by other actors in the financial market who had tried to prevent the operation: “They start to plant things to disrupt the Central Bank and authorities that need to approve the operation […] They are playing hard on the media. It will be a week of a lot of retaliation. But that’s okay, let’s go up.”
Martha asks Vorcaro if he would be trying “take away the materials” news reports from the air. The banker responds that this is not possible because “they are just big vehicles” and said he was assisting journalists. “Whoever is going to hit will keep hitting”he states.
The owner of the Master also states that “most people” was advocating the acquisition. “The problem is that the negative and blunt ones have more repercussions, but they don’t do any harm other than that.”
The conversation took place 2 days after the BRB Board purchased Master. At the time, approval from Cade (Administrative Council for Economic Defense) and the Central Bank was still lacking. “We gave the big guys a dribble kkk they are desperate”, wrote the former banker.
Then, Vorcaro’s girlfriend asks if there is any chance that the Central Bank “tie the close” of the operation. He says the chance is “zero”. On September 3, 2025, the monetary authority will carry out the operation.
“GREAT” MEETING WITH LULA
Vorcaro tells his girlfriend what it was like in Planalto, at the end of 2024. In a certain section, the founder of Master says that the president called 3 ministers and also Gabriel Galípolo, who at the time was already designated to preside over the BC from 2025. Galípolo to the then president of the municipality, Campos Neto, who met with the founder of Master.
“It was great. Very strong. He called the president of the Central Bank who will come in and 3 ministers”, wrote the banker about the meeting.
