When contacted, AGU stated that negotiations are ongoing and aim to modernize the institution’s technology park. The ministry also declared that there is no illegality in receiving these resources.
“Based on these negotiations, once mutual interest has been verified, the AGU must prepare a notice to regulate the receipt of donations from any interested parties, as expressed in the legislation”, these.
A year ago, R$5.9 million was allocated to purchasing equipment and updating the Super Sapiens platform, used by public lawyers.
“The use of CCHA resources in activities that support and increase the collection of these fees is authorized by current regulations, as well as by the Federal Audit Court (TCU)”, said the folder.
