The 35-year-old Portuguese man fatally ran over four people during a wedding, to which he had not been invited, after seeing videos of the party on TikTok, in a case that will have old situations unresolved. The collision also caused serious injuries to 9 other people.
The Superior Court of Justice of Madrid confirmed the life sentences imposed on Michael da Silva Montoyaknown as “the Portuguese”, for being run over caused the death of four people at a wedding in 2022 in Torrejón de Ardoz.

The fatal victims were a 66-year-old woman, two men, aged 68 and 37, and a minor, aged 17, all Spanish. There are still 9 people injured, some seriously, who, according to , three years later have still not managed to recover.
