Alikhan: The Austrian construction company Strabag demanded the enforcement of over 330 million euros against the Federal Republic of Germany – not before a court in Austria or Germany, but before the Washington, DC district court. But the judge has now temporarily interrupted the proceedings, as current court documents show. The reason: Germany initiated a new procedure to avert the payment.
