Apolónia Supermarkets is once again promoting a new edition of the Recruitment Open Days, an initiative that aims to reinforce the brand’s store teams in the Algarve and offer job opportunities in the food retail sector.
In total, 80 vacancies will be available, of which 50 are for the seasonal season and 30 for permanent integration into teams, constituting, according to the brand, “the perfect opportunity for those looking for work in the food retail sector in the Algarve”.
Recruitment sessions in three stores in the Algarve
Recruitment sessions will take place in three of the brand’s establishments throughout the month of March.
According to Supermercados Apolónia, “the recruitment sessions will take place in stores in Galé, Almancil and Lagoa, on the 17th, 19th and 20th of March, respectively, between 10:00 and 18:00”.
During these meetings, candidates will be able to learn about the different roles available, in addition to obtaining information about how the stores operate and the team integration process.
The company adds that “during the days of the recruitment sessions, candidates will have the opportunity to learn about available vacancies, the stores and the recruitment team”.
Vacancies cover several areas and include benefits for employees
The job opportunities are aimed at various operational areas of the stores, including cashiers, replenishment, delicatessen, butchery and fishmongering, and are available on a full-time and part-time basis.
Among the benefits indicated by the company are individual and team bonuses depending on goals, an extra day of rest on birthdays, up to two additional days of vacation upon attendance, health plan for permanent employees, discounts at group stores and also the offer of morning and afternoon snacks.
Interested parties must apply online in advance. According to the brand, “those interested must pre-register through the brand, and those selected will be contacted to schedule their interview at the Open Days”.
