Gold Coast – After their exit from the Asian Championship, Iran’s footballers had a chaotic departure from the stadium, according to a media report. According to the Australian news agency AAP, demonstrators blocked the team bus and caused turmoil for around fifteen minutes. Some of the approximately 200 demonstrators are said to have hit the bus and shouted “Let them go!” have shouted. The police then intervened.
