Trial for Lulinha’s breach of confidentiality will be in person – 03/13/2026 – Brasília Hoje

The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), asked to highlight this Friday (13) the trial of the mixed (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS, such as that of Fabio Luis Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, son of President Lula (PT).

The analysis was carried out virtually by the court, when there is no discussion and the ministers just cast their votes in the system. With Gilmar’s request, the trial is reset and must be held in the physical plenary. It is up to the president of the STF, to set a date for the resumption of the analysis.

The only one to vote so far was , who suspended last Wednesday (5) the breach of banking and tax secrecy validated by the commission. He voted this Friday to maintain his decision.

Dino’s measure was an extension of his decision, also favorable, to Lulinha’s friend and which would be linked to, according to the CPI.

The commission approved 87 applications on February 26. The defenses questioned the form defined for the vote, carried out as a block. In his injunction, Dino said that “the wholesale removal of constitutional rights is not appropriate.”

“The ‘global’ vote of EIGHTY-SEVEN [grifo do autor] requirements, including calls for people to testify, breaches of banking and tax secrecy and others, do not seem to be compatible with constitutional and legal requirements”, he wrote.

In a letter prepared by the Senate’s lawyers, the INSS CPI claims that the breaches were regularly motivated and are within the scope of the CPI’s investigations.

Therefore, the group asked Dino to reconsider his injunction and, if the request is denied, that it be sent with priority for judgment by the Supreme Court, as the commission’s work is nearing its end.

Dino’s decision occurred at a time when Lulinha’s bank details were already circulating publicly. The defense presented a petition to the minister about possible leaks of information. The same was done to the PF and the CPI.

According to , it generated R$19.5 million in four years. The information was and confirmed by Sheet.
