The vice-president and minister of Development, Industry and Commerce, Geraldo Alckmin, stated this Saturday, the 14th, that, in two months, Move Brasil has already used R$6.3 billion of the R$10 billion allocated to the program.
He participates in a visit to the Scania dealership near Brasília.

Of the R$10 billion, R$6.3 billion has already been invested. The demand exists. Demand is strong. We will even need more, more resources. The demand is very good,” he said.
Launched by the federal government this year, the Move Brasil program aims to encourage Brazilian trucking.
The initiative offers financing at rates for self-employed and cooperative truck drivers, as well as road freight transport companies, for the purchase of vehicles that meet sustainability and local content criteria.
In total, the program offers R$10 billion in credit, including resources from the National Treasury and the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), responsible for operating all Move Brasil credit lines.
