Approval increases the family income limit for the program’s four bands; variation is between R$3,200 and R$13 thousand
The Board of Trustees of the Service Time Guarantee Fund (FGTS) approvedunanimously, this Tuesday (24), the increase in maximum family income that can be part of the federal government’s housing program, My Home, My Life.
The approval increases the monthly family income limit for band 1 of the program: R$ 2.850 for R$3,200. I and track 2 had a increase of R$4,700 to R$ 5.000. A track 3 increased by R$ 8,600 to R$ 9.600.
a track 4 exceeded R$ 12 thousand to R$ 13 mil.
Limits on property values were also increased:
- Track 3: increase of 14%, from R$350 thousand to R$400 thousand;
- Track 4: increase of 20%, from R$500 thousand to R$600 thousand.
The FGTS Board of Trustees approved it in April last year for band 4. At the time, the value was up to R$12 thousand. However, with Tuesday’s approval, the maximum amount increased to R$13,000.
