Candied fruits meet different types of ice cream and open up a variety of interpretation possibilities,” was the explanation from the ice cream experts. During “Cassata Ice Cream Week,” which runs from April 27 to May 3, 2026, ice cream makers will have the opportunity to present their interpretations of the ice cream variety.
