Vienna – Even though temperatures have recently reached around 20 degrees, Austrians now have to expect a strong onset of winter. Already on Wednesday, a strong cold front will reach the country from the west, starting from a low over Northern Europe. At the same time, a low pressure area is developing over northern Italy. This combination brings a drop in temperature and snow in most of Austria, explained Geosphere Austria.
