Gaspar releases video about paternity amid accusations at the INSS CPMI

The INSS CPMI rapporteur, deputy Alfredo Gaspar (PL-AL), released a video on social media in which a woman claims not to be his daughter, amid the escalation of accusations involving her name.

The deputy was the target of a news report presented to the Federal Police by parliamentarians, who asked for an investigation into an alleged case of rape of a vulnerable person and attempted concealment.

In the video shared by Gaspar, Lourilene Pereira da Silva declares that her biological father is magistrate Maurício Breda, the deputy’s cousin. “I would like to declare that I am not the daughter of Alfredo Gaspar. I am the biological daughter of Maurício Breda”, she says. She also says that she only found out about her paternity when she was a teenager and presents what would be a DNA test.

The young woman also states that “it is not the result of any rape” and that she has no relationship with the parliamentarian. According to her, contact is only maintained with her biological father.

The publication was included at the end of a note in which Gaspar reacts to accusations made by deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) and senator Soraya Thronicke (Podemos-MS). In the text, the CPMI rapporteur classifies the allegations as “false, frivolous and absolutely irresponsible” and states that there is an attempt to divert the focus of the investigations conducted by the commission.

On the same day, Farias and Thronicke filed a notice with the Federal Police asking for an investigation into a possible case of rape of a vulnerable person and attempted concealment. The document, according to parliamentarians, was based on records and conversations received, but does not present evidence.

The authors of the request requested that the processing be carried out under secrecy, with the preservation of evidence and the adoption of urgent measures by the PF, in addition to protecting the people involved. According to them, the evidence would point to a case involving a 13-year-old girl, without detailing the date of the events.

The release of the video and the exchange of accusations occur amid progress in the work of the INSS CPMI, which investigates billion-dollar fraud in discounts applied to retirement and pensions.
