Vienna – No party is more concerned with the issues of “trans” and “woke” than the FPÖ. As an analysis by the parliamentary service commissioned by SPÖ MP Mario Lindner shows, the Blues are responsible for 85 percent of all mentions in the House. “Trans/transgender” appeared 50 times in FPÖ applications in 2025 – over four times as often as in all applications from the four remaining parties. A full 95 percent of the mentions of “woke” in broadcasts since 2023 have come from the FPÖ.
