With a confident 2-0 (2-0) against Austria Klagenfurt, the Lower Austrians took the lead after their promotion rivals had previously made a mistake. Austria Lustenau had to admit defeat to the Young Violets with 1:3 (0:2) and is three points behind St. Pölten six games before the end of the season, just like Floridsdorfer AC after a 0:1 (0:1) against Vienna.
