PT member says that Jair Bolsonaro’s son intends to call on US authorities to embarrass members of the TSE during the 2026 elections
The federal deputy (PT-RJ) filed with the Federal Supreme Court a request for preventive detention against the former deputy (PL-SP) after he said that he will report to the United States government any irregularities in the Superior Electoral Court during the October elections.
No document ( – 359 kB), the PT member states that Eduardo organizes an international pressure network abroad against TSE ministers. He says that the conduct of (PL)’s son constitutes a direct attack on national sovereignty and democratic institutions.
Lindbergh also states that Eduardo intends to sue United States authorities, “in real time”to embarrass members of the TSE during the October election. For the PT member, Eduardo did not retreat from previous strategies and maintains plans to reprimand the Brazilian Judiciary.
In addition to the request for arrest, the document requests the application of precautionary measures and requests that the case be referred to the Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Police for further investigations.
