The police published a blood-curdling video on the social network. The camera in the car captured the moment when the boy ran straight in front of the car in Nové Zámky. All the guardian angels were standing by him, because he did not suffer any serious injuries in the impact.
“A passenger motor vehicle was passing between parked cars. Suddenly, a person ran into its direction of travel. It happened so suddenly that the driver did not have time to react, so the collision occurred. Immediately after the impact, the person got to his feet and ran away,” they described law enforcement officers the situation that happened on the fateful day.
The police patrol located the pedestrian, identified him and transported him to the hospital for a medical examination. “They found out that it was only an 11-year-old boy who miraculously did not suffer any serious injuries. This event is a strong warning to everyone!” emphasized the law enforcement officers.
In this context, they appeal to drivers to adapt their driving speed to their abilities and the road situation, especially in locations where an increased number of pedestrians and children may move. “At the same time, we also appeal to pedestrians to be cautious when crossing the road and not to suddenly enter the road and always make sure that they can do so safely. Drive and cross the road safely!” the police officers said.
