After 10 days in space and an unprecedented return to the Moon, Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, from NASA, and Jeremy Hansen, from the Canadian Space Agency, were removed from the Orion capsule where they were.
The operation took place almost an hour and thirty minutes after landing in the Pacific Ocean and after a first medical evaluation by a team that entered the capsule.
It was just after 2:30 am when the astronauts began to leave.
Christina Koch was the first to leave capsule, followed by Victor Glover and Jeremy Hansen, while Commander Reid Wiseman was the last to leave.
After being removed, they were transported by helicopter to the US Navy ship USS John P Murtha.
