The parties ask that the TSE grant an injunction recognizing the illegality of the content and that it notify the social networks TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Kwai to prevent the circulation of similar content. The federation also requests that the dissemination of content of the same nature, including by third parties, be prohibited.
