Trump posts image of building with his name on the Moon

The president of the United States, (Republican Party), published on Sunday night (12 April 2026) an image on his account on the Truth Social platform showing a building with his name on the Moon. The post has no caption or explanation.

The publication comes days after about 15 minutes with the mission’s astronauts, on April 6. At the time, the North American president stated that the crew “inspire the world” and spoke about the role of the United States in resuming manned trips to the Moon.

The mission was completed on Friday (April 10), when the Orion capsule with the crew was safely secured. According to NASA, they arrived after the trip around the Moon and on Saturday (April 11), in speeches in which they reported the experience and highlighted the advancement of space exploration.
