Vienna – The level of trust in Austria’s domestic politics is currently quite stable. The current APA/OGM “confidence index” shows no big winners or losers compared to the most recent survey in January. Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen is at the top with a slightly increased lead. Surprisingly, given the party’s poll numbers, there are four representatives of the SPÖ, led by Finance Minister Markus Marterbauer (SPÖ).
