Alfredo Gaspar says he was “accused in a cowardly, vile and abject manner” by the PT; Lindbergh Farias and Soraya Thronicke filed a factual report against the deputy regarding the possible rape of a vulnerable person
The deputy (PL-AL) took a DNA test this Thursday (April 23, 2026), after being called “rapist” by the deputy (PT-RJ) and by senator (PSB-MS). In a video published on social media, Gaspar says it was “accused in a cowardly, vile and abject manner by members of the Workers’ Party”but that “the truth is sovereign”.
“A smokescreen precisely on the day I asked for the arrest of the President of the Republic’s son. The PT acts like this”says Gaspar in the video. According to the deputy, “He who has the truth fears absolutely nothing” e “The Brazilian people deserve this immediate response”.

The deputy says he was directly offended by Lindbergh during a session of the CPMI (Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS, on March 27.
On the same day, Lindbergh e Soraya a report of fact to the Federal Police against Gaspar. The document cited a possible rape of a vulnerable person and an attempt to hide the facts, but. Read the (346 kB).

Then Gaspar on his profile on X a video in which a woman identified as Lourilene Pereira da Silva denies being his daughter. Lourilene declares that her biological father is magistrate Maurício Breda, Gaspar’s cousin, and shows what a DNA test would be to prove paternity.
“I am Lourilene Pereira Marcelo da Silva and I come here to clarify some things […]. I would like to declare that I am not Alfredo Gaspar’s daughter. I am the biological daughter of Maurício Breda, Gaspar’s cousin”, said the young woman. “However, I was not aware of this paternity until I was 15 years old, when my mother told me. It was a brief consensual relationship between the two, which is not for me to recount here.”he completed.
