Washington – In the struggle for US President Donald Trump’s nominee to head the US Federal Reserve (Fed), Kevin Warsh, the possibly decisive senator has given up his resistance. Republican Thom Tillis said Sunday he would support Warsh. As justification, he pointed out that his demand for the investigations against the current Fed chairman Jerome Powell to be stopped had been met.
