ÖFB separates from women’s team boss Alexander Schriebl – Lars Söndergaard follows


Alexander Schriebl is no longer the coach of Austria’s women’s national soccer team. The Austrian Football Association (ÖFB) announced this in a broadcast on Wednesday. Lars Söndergaard was presented as his successor. The 67-year-old Dane was most recently coach of the Danish women’s national team for six years and led them to the European and World Championships. He is also no stranger to Austria, having coached Austria Salzburg and Austria Vienna.
