Prishtina (Pristina) – Kosovo is heading for another early election after parliament failed to elect a new president on Tuesday. Parliament had until midnight on Tuesday to elect a head of state after President Vjosa Osmani’s term ended in early April. But Prime Minister Albin Kurti failed to persuade the opposition to vote for his candidate. Europe’s youngest state is once again plunged into a political crisis.
