A approach between two commercial aircraft that operated at Congonhas Airport, in the south of São Paulo, is investigated by the FAB (Brazilian Air Force). The case happened late this Friday morning (30).

The case involved a Gol Boeing 737-800, which was landing from Salvador (BA)and an Embraer E195-E2 from Azul, which was taking off to Confins (MG).
According to information released by the specialized website Aeroin, the aircraft were separated by around 22 meters vertically. After approaching, the Gol plane began a turn to the right, while the Azul aircraft turned to the left.
