A light aircraft crashed and hit a building in the Silveira neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais, on Monday afternoon.
According to Civil Protection, the device carried five occupants, including the pilot, who was trapped in the structure, and three passengers with serious injuries, with the existence of a fifth victim also being admitted.

Two people have already been rescued with multiple fractures, while rescue teams are trying to remove the remaining three victims from the scene.
Images of the accident show a hole in the structure where the plane collided with the three-story property, before falling into the parking lot.
Caio César, a local resident who witnessed the moment of the fall, reported that the device made an intense noise and that it had avoided a school before hitting the building.
