The Attorney General of São Paulo instituted a new pendant two weeks after it was made statewide.
With a resolution dated April 24, signed by Costa, the body will be able to pay subsidies to prosecutors who work in districts or units that are difficult to provide, that is, in remote locations or with many demands.
The measure came into force in April, and compensation will be paid from this month.
The bonus may even correspond to the value of the remuneration of today’s ministers, at R$ 46,366.19.
To the Panel, the one in São Paulo was unable to estimate the financial impact of the measure. “It will only be possible to measure the financial impact after the positions are filled,” says the note.
The body also states that the “resolution’s central objective is to establish incentives for the internalization and efficiency of the functions performed by the Public Ministry”.
The resolution, signed by Costa, says that it is up to the attorney general to indicate districts, positions and units that are difficult to access.
Among the criteria for classifying them are units with “significant turnover of promoters”; high-profile demands; and that expose the member of the Public Ministry to security risks.
