Lyancodefender of Atlético-MGwas denounced this Tuesday (5) by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) for violent play and offenses against refereeing in the classic against Cruzeiro, last Saturday, in the 14th round of the Brazilian Championship.
Framed by articles 254 and 258 of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice (CBJD), Lyanco may face additional penalties. As both provisions provide for suspension of one to six matches, the defender is at risk of up to 12 games without playing.
Article 254 deals with “reckless or reckless action in contesting the play”, and refers to , in the 33rd minute of the second half, after a strong tackle on Bruno Rodrigues. He had already been warned with a yellow at the beginning of the second stage.
Article 258 concerns “taking any conduct contrary to discipline or sporting ethics”, in reference to the offenses directed at referee Flávio Rodrigues de Souza after his expulsion. “You’re very weak! Don’t blow any whistle, you weakling!”, shirt number 13 reportedly said.
In addition to Lyanco, Keny Arroyo and Kaiki Bruno, from Cruzeiro, were also denounced by the STJD.
Arroyo was included in article 250, item II, for “intentionally pushing a teammate or opponent out of contention”, after pulling Renan Lodi which resulted in his expulsion, 21 minutes into the second half.
According to the summary, the player would have pulled the referee at the time of the expulsion and, upon leaving the field, kicked a protective fence in the mixed zone, hitting a security guard. Therefore, he was also reported based on article 258, for conduct contrary to sporting discipline.
Kaiki Bruno was reported in article 254 for a violent move against Natanael, when he hit his opponent’s shin, a move that resulted in his expulsion in the 28th minute of the final stage.
The process also includes complaints against the member of the technical committee Roberto Barbosa dos Santos and against the clubs Atlético-MG and Cruzeiro themselves for regulatory infractions, delays and disorder.
The instruction and trial session will take place next Thursday (7), at 11 am (Brasília time), at the OAB headquarters in Fortaleza.
