New York – A US trade court has declared the 10 percent global tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump to be inadmissible. The court ruled on Thursday that the flat-rate taxes were not justified under a trade law from the 1970s. The judges upheld a lawsuit brought by small businesses by a vote of two to one. The tariffs came into force on February 24th.
