Palmeiras and Cruzeiro drew 1-1 this Saturday (16), in a game held in the 16th round of the Brasileirãoat Arena Barueri. Felipe Anderson scored for the championship leader, and Arroyo for the Minas Gerais team.
The result makes Alviverde reach their third consecutive draw in the tournament, remaining five points behind Flamengo, who will play on Sunday (17), against Athletico-PR. In the next round, the teams will face each other at Maracanã in a match that could be worth the lead.
Cruzeiro now reaches 20 points in 12th place, the most embattled area of the championship, and is already thinking about the next duel, against Chapecoense, at home. .

Palmeiras even tried to take the initiative, but it was Cruzeiro who had the first big chance. In an error by the Alviverde defense, Cabuloso opened the scoring in the 10th minute, with Arroyo.
