WHO CAN REGISTER
Students regularly enrolled in public or private higher education institutions recognized by the MEC (Ministry of Education).
AREAS OF ACTIVITY
The company opened vacancies for students in the areas of business administration, law, systems analysis, library science, biology, data science, actuarial science, accounting science, economics, nursing and environmental, civil, computer, control and automation, petroleum, production, telecommunications, electrical, mechanical, naval and chemical engineering.
There are also opportunities for students studying geophysics, geology, journalism, marketing, oceanography and public relations.
CITIES
The 150 vacancies are distributed in cities across 12 units of the Federation: Rio de Janeiro, Macaé, Duque de Caxias and Itaboraí, in Rio de Janeiro; São Paulo, Santos, Cubatão, São José dos Campos, Paulínia and Mauá, in São Paulo; Vitória (ES); Brasília (DF); Canoas (RS); Salvador and Camaçari, in Bahia; Betim (MG); Ipojuca (PE); Araucária and São Mateus do Sul, in Paraná; Aracaju and Laranjeiras, in Sergipe; Fortaleza (CE); and Manaus (AM).
VACANCY RESERVATION
30% of vacancies will be reserved for women; 30% for black, indigenous and quilombola people; and 10% for people with disabilities.
Petrobras’ Director of Corporate Affairs, Clarice Coppetti, stated that the reserve is a way of “encouraging the presence of women and black people in STEM careers [Ciência, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matemática, na sigla em inglês] and expand the presence of underrepresented groups in the energy industry.”
COURSE LOAD
The workload will be 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The company may adopt the hybrid regime, at its discretion.
Interns with disabilities will be able to join full teleworking, as long as the modality is compatible with the activity plan.

TESTS
The selection process will be carried out through an online objective test with 60 questions: 10 on Portuguese, 10 on general knowledge, 10 on mathematics, 10 on logical reasoning, 10 on technologies, data science and artificial intelligence and 10 on knowledge about Petrobras.
Candidates will be able to take the objective test immediately after registering.
BENEFITS
Petrobras offers a stipend of R$1,825, transportation vouchers of R$15 per day of in-person work, personal accident insurance and paid recess, as provided for by legislation.
NO EFFECTIVE
The state-owned company clarified that the internship program does not generate an employment relationship with Petrobras nor does it constitute a public competition for hiring permanent employees.
The company reinforced that there is no open competition at the moment and that there is no plan for a new public selection process to hire permanent employees.
