Vegan in the pub: Who should get enough of it?


Vegan? That’s really not a problem at all, the Viennese restaurant said when asked. Two wafer-thin slices of grilled aubergine were then served, which were at least very decoratively distributed on a large plate. Or recently, when full-bodied vegetable noodles were announced on the menu – and finally a small pile of carrot and zucchini zoodles came from the kitchen.
