William Waack, Thaís Heredia, Caio Junqueira and political scientist Silvio Cascione, director of Eurasia Group in Brazil, will address issues such as the exploration of rare earth minerals in Brazil, Petrobras studies on new oil reserves and the dependence of Brazilian agribusiness on imported fertilizers.
These themes will be placed in contexts such as the importance of certain minerals for technological industries, the leverage of the Americas as a region rich in oil and gas and the actions that political and economic agents in Brazil have taken to reduce dependence on fertilizers from other countries.
