A 46-year-old woman was arrested this Wednesday (20) for attacking and throwing hot water on his 16-year-old daughterin Patos de Minas, Minas Gerais. The teenager suffered first-degree burns on one of her legs and on the right side of her body, in addition to being attacked with slaps, punches and blows. The mother would still have threatened kill his daughter with a knife.
The victim’s 23-year-old sister told the Military Police (PM) that the fight would have started the day before, because of a faninvolving the teenager and an older brother, aged 26. Due to the argument, the mother allegedly started cursing her children and threaten the young girl with deathstating that he would take a knife for that. The sister also said that she had decided to move out of the house due to Threats of expulsion made by his 26-year-old brotherwho paid the rent. When the mother arrived home from work, around noon on Wednesday, the young woman said she would accompany her sisterdue to the fight and recurring threats of expulsion made by his brother. According to the police report, when the victim returned from her room, her mother tried to prevent her from going, taking the suitcase from your hands. At that moment, the teenager resisted, and the physical attacks began, with slaps and punches to the young woman’s face and chest. Attacks continued
According to the witness, after throwing the hot water and noodles on his sister, the mother even used the pan to hit her. As a result, the 16-year-old daughter managed to hold the pan, but the attacker grabbed her hair tightly, requiring the intervention of the witness and another 13-year-old sister for him to let go. Realizing that she had lost control of the situation, according to a report made to the PM, the mother left the house and called Samu and the Military Police.
