The next steps

The approved text also determines that the rules regarding the duration and control of the journey will not be worth half of benefits from the National Social Security Institute (INSS), currently equivalent to R$ 21,188.87.

The rule allows the imposition of the hour limit only upon provision in an agreement or collective labor convention, respecting the new limit of two days of paid weekly rest.
