Flávio and Lula tie in the 2nd round in SP, says Vox

A study carried out from May 26th to 28th shows the senator with 43.2% of voting intentions compared to 41.1% for the PT member; margin of error is 2.5 points

A Vox Brasil survey released this Saturday (May 30, 2026) shows that the senator and PL pre-candidate, appears numerically in front of the president in a possible 2nd round among voters in the State of São Paulo. In the stimulated scenario, the congressman registers 43.2% of voting intentions, against 41.1% for the PT member. Considering the margin of error of 2.55 percentage points, the 2 appear in a technical tie.

The study also tested second round scenarios between Lula and former governors (New) and (PSD). Here are the results:

Vox Brasil interviewed 1,480 voters in the State of São Paulo, from May 26th to 28th. The confidence level is 95%. The research is registered with the Superior Electoral Court under numbers BR-08794/2026 and SP-02228/2026. The study cost R$50,000 and was paid for with its own resources. Here is it (PDF – 7 MB).

In the 1st round simulation, Flávio Bolsonaro leads with 39.1% of voting intentions, while Lula appears with 30.3%.
