After the post made by her father, the singer Melão, who, Yasmin decided to ‘break the silence’ about the emergency surgery she underwent.
Through her Instagram account, the Portuguese artist’s daughter published a video from her hospital bed and revealed that she was diagnosed with acute appendicitis, and was immediately operated on.
“Yesterday, already during the recordings, I had a lot of pain, but I didn’t want to give up, I went from there to the hospital and we discovered that I had acute appendicitis and when it’s like that you have to get it out as quickly as possible so it doesn’t burst and get worse, so now that we got it out everything is better”began by counting.
Grateful for having managed to be intervened in time, Yasmin then explained how it all happened: “God is very good for allowing it to happen now. Because I had to travel in a few days and if this had happened on the plane, I probably wouldn’t have been able to bear it. So, I’m really grateful that it happened now and that it happened here in Portugal. Later, I’ll explain what happened, even because it was sudden and to warn you that if you feel the same pain, don’t ignore it. But now everything is fine and I don’t want you to worry (…)”it ended.
