It’s a sad situation: unemployment is still rising and has been for over three years. The rapid economic recovery has been canceled. Added to this is structural change. Many of the jobs that will be lost will not come back. For example in retail, where online competition is putting traditional companies in the parade. There are particularly many female employees there. Fortunately, there are more and more of them.
