The TASR news agency reported on the content of the letter. Zelenskyi indicated that, according to his ideas, the meeting should take place on neutral territory, and he mentioned Switzerland, Turkey or one of the countries of the Arab world as possible venues.

At the same time, the Ukrainian president suggested that specific measures be taken for the return of civilians and children who were taken from the territory of Ukraine during the war.
