The UCO has been waiting since Christmas for the judge to authorize it to investigate Ayuso’s partner

The businessman Alberto González Amador, partner of the Madrid president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, walks in November near the Supreme Court, where he was a plaintiff against the former State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz.

The experts in complex crimes of the Civil Guard, the Central Operational Unit (UCO), have been waiting since Christmas for the green light from the judge to investigate Isabel Díaz Ayuso, according to judicial sources with direct knowledge of the case. The investigation refers to a possible bribe by businessman Alberto González Amador to an executive of the Quirónsalud group that hired his services and has been paralyzed since this magistrate, veteran Antonio Viejo, took the reins in October, replacing the colleague who was in charge of the case until her retirement, María Inmaculada Iglesias.
