1. Akt (Vienna Leopoldstadt, corner of Praterstrasse and Heinestrasse, at the Hansy guesthouse. An old man is waiting on the sidewalk in front of the zebra crossing on the bike path in front of the road. His tentative attempts to cross the bike path are thwarted by a never-ending column of bicycles and e-scooters that passes in front of him unbraked and at high speed.
